We ship orders across Canada using available shipping carriers and services.

Estimated shipping cost: approximately $13–$23 CAD, depending on the destination, package size, weight, and shipping service selected.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

📍 Local Pickup & Meetup

Local pickup/meetup options may be available in selected areas, including Assiniboia and surrounding communities.

Customers who choose pickup or meetup will receive instructions after their order has been confirmed.

Local delivery may also be available for an additional fee depending on your location.

📋 Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number may be provided when tracking is available for the selected shipping service.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been dropped off with the carrier.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you and provide the available shipping information or tracking details.

For damaged packages, please keep the original packaging and take photos of the package and products received.
